After long-time experiences in the ARM embedded system, Forlinx has successfully designed a billing system of EV charger based on some normal standards home and abroad.And the billing system could be directly applied in EV charger products.

 

Here let's introduce the basic function of EV charger.

● Charging fees is collected via a RF smart IC card.
● Charging method selection, charging status ,charging bill vaule and balance inquiries could be done through a touch screen.

The EV charger billing unit designed by Forlinx embedded is in the structure of CPU module with base board.And its FET335x CPU module is designed for industrial application. EV charger, as a auxiliry device of electrial car,need to communicate with many internal devices,such as RS232,RS485,CAN,etc.FET335x CPU module could satisfy many kinds of requirements during EV charger designing process.And our base board specially designed for EV charger has all interfaces and ports which is needed in some standards.

 

Main features of Forlinx billing system:

●Our solution totally is complied with EV charger standard of the state grid.

●ARM Cortex-A8 TI Sitara AM3354 processor is the designated main controller in the DC EV charger technical specifiction.This processor is stable enough, temp range is wide within the range between -40~85℃.

●Friendly HMI interface is based on the linux+QT system. 7-inch 4-wire resistive touch LVDS screen could be supported.

●Support 485 interface and electric metering function.

●Support communication between CAN bus and BMS to test the battery capacity,control charging progress.

●Support to connect ESAM/PSAM modules through analoging ISO7816 by IO interface, which is completedly complied with encryption requirements of State grid.

●Suppot audio indiation.

●Suppot Beidou navigation system and GPS module to realize geo-targeting.

●Support many types of RF cards,so non-contact cards would be available to be used.

●Support SD/MMC storage card, mass data storage is possible.

●Support to connect with thermal printer, consumer bill is printable.

●1Gb Ethernet port, 3G/4G module, could satisfy tranfer requirments in different environments.

●Custom service is provided.
