On October 22, Forlinx Embedded hosted its milestone 20th anniversary celebration in Baoding, Hebei. Every member of the Forlinx team gathered side by side with our key long-term ecosystem partners, for this exclusive gathering built for all strivers and fellow travelers. Together, we looked back on the path we’ve walked, and set our sights on the new journey ahead.

Leadership Speeches: Charting Our Shared Future

The celebration opened with a series of keynotes from the Forlinx executive leadership team. Kicking off the session, the General Manager anchored his entire address around the two words that define our full 20-year journey: “Thank You”. He extended sincere gratitude to every employee, partner, and customer that has stood beside Forlinx through every phase of growth over the past two decades. His vision for the future: "Focused and Fulfilling" — deep expertise, a lean team, fine-tuned management, and attentive service, paired with bright prospects, fair rewards, and genuine well-being for every Forlinx employee. A company and its people, thriving together.

The Technical VP delivered a "Forging Ahead into Innovation" retrospective and outlook: For 20 years, Forlinx Embedded has deep-rooted its expertise in ARM architecture, advancing steadily from v4 through v9 while expanding into Loongson, RISC-V and other diverse architectures to continuously broaden its technology roadmap. Moving forward, the team will double down on honing SoM excellence on one side, and unlock two new growth levers — AI and industrial PCs — on the other, making technical prowess the unshakable bedrock to ride out market cycles.

The Marketing VP anchored the company’s 20-year journey on the theme of "Deep Cultivation, Bold Expansion".Fewer than 2% of enterprises in China survive beyond two decades, yet Forlinx Embedded has not only reached this milestone, but also delivered a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) exceeding 30% over the past ten years. Moving forward, the company will deepen its foothold in the Chinese market while aggressively expanding its global presence. Targeting a 40% CAGR, Forlinx will energize its operational vitality, pioneer new market frontiers, and secure sustained wins, embarking on its next growth phase with unwavering drive.

A Tribute to Dedication, Standing Strong Side by Side Through Every Storm

This milestone anniversary included a solemn, heartfelt long-service recognition ceremony, honoring Forlinx Embedded team members who have remained part of our journey for 5, 10, and 15 years. Each solid, carefully crafted award bears inscriptions marking years of loyalty and consistent dedication — a tangible tribute to the collective effort and shared milestones that have shaped the company to date. Several recognized team representatives took the stage to reflect on their personal paths with Forlinx: from their first day on the job, to putting down roots, to growing in lockstep with the business. Their grounded, unscripted remarks stood as a quiet, authentic testament to the countless small, steady days that make up our shared story.

Thanking Our Partners: A Partnership Built to Last

More than 10 of our valued ecosystem partners joined us on-site for the celebration. The General Manager personally expressed his heartfelt gratitude to each partner for the years of mutual trust and the shared successes that we could not have achieved without each other. We raised a toast to our enduring partnership and to many more years of shared success ahead.

Raising a Toast to Shared Futures

The gala dinner officially opened with a curated slate of standout live performances. Team members, leadership and ecosystem partners mingled over raised glasses, trading ideas to map out joint future roadmaps. To close the celebration, all attendees joined in a collective toast: wishing Forlinx Embedded a happy 20th anniversary, extending wishes of peace, well-being and family happiness to every Forlinx team member, and congratulating all our ecosystem partners on sustained business success and long-lasting shared partnership.

20 years of unwavering dedication has delivered incredible results — and now we are ready to break new ground, all over again. Standing at this 20-year milestone, Forlinx Embedded is stepping forward with even sharper focus, ready to take on the next great adventure.
