The FET3576J-UP5 is an industrial-grade System on Module/Computer on Module powered by the high-efficiency Rockchip RK3576 processor. Combining an octa-core compute engine with an integrated 6 TOPS NPU in a standardized 50mm × 50mm UP5 LGA package, it delivers high performance, low power consumption, and hardware-level security isolation for mission-critical AIoT, industrial control, and smart vision applications.
