FETMX6Q-C system on module/computer on module is also based on NXP/Freescale Cortex-A9 i.MX6Q core processor with main frequency up to 1.2GHz, this SoM is with 320 pins and it is designed with 12-layer ENIG PCB and ultra thin board-to-board connectors.

FETMX6ULL-S system on module/computer on module is based on NXP Cortex-A7 low power featuring processor [email protected] 800MHz, has two native Ethernet ports, two CAN controller and eight serial ports, both industrial grade and expanding commerce grade are optional to users, and the SoM is well supported with Linux4.1.15 with QTGUI.

NXP i.MX6Ultra Lite, Forlinx commercial-grade iMX6UL core board uses NXP’s ARM Cortex-A7 i.MX6UL processor, onboard 512MB DDR3 memory and 4GB high-speed eMMC memory. Forlinx provides iMX6UL PCB files, including the schematic diagram and PCB files of the bottom board, i.MX6UL core board data manual, IMX6UL core board hardware manual.

FETMX6UL-C2 is an industrial-grade SoM based on NXP i.MX6 Ultra Lite microcontroller belongs to Cortex -A7 and is with main frequency of 528MHz, 256MB LvDDR3 and 256MB NAND Flash, the CPU module is with a couple of board-to-board connectors each with 80pins. Unique PMU design makes it lower power consumption than ARM 9 products. It's approved to work stably under environment temp ranges from -40℃ to +85 ℃.
